FAQ – STUDIO APHINO

All STUDIO APHINO legwear is made in Italy at a factory that is in compliance with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Certification.

The reusable APHINO product pouch is made from 100% Organically Grown Material, certified by Control Union CU811033.

Paper goods are printed at a local family owned business on paper that meet the highest environmental standards and is FSC® and PEFC™ certified. The paper is made from materials from sustainable forestry and the paper mill is also environmentally certified according to EMAS and ISO 14001.

The padded shipping envelopes are made from grass paper and 70% recycled materials, by a climate neutral company, powered by ClimatePartner CP-ID 53534-1402-1004.

To ensure the maximum amount of time with your piece, remember to stretch before wearing and after washing. Hand wash in cold water and let air dry. To avoid tearing, be cautious of sharp objects like rings or chipped nails.

If you choose to wash your piece in a washing machine, be sure to use a washing bag and a 30°C program or lower. Lower wash temperatures help protect the fabric and will help preserve the colors. Choosing a lower temperature is also better for the environment, because it saves energy. Note that STUDIO APHINO does not recommend washing your piece in a washing machine.

We recommend not washing your piece more than necessary to keep it in its best condition for as long as possible. If the piece isn't stained it can be left to air out to get rid of smell. Another option is to only wash the affected areas.

You may return undamaged items purchased from STUDIO APHINO’s Webshop within 14 days. For the return to be accepted the returned item must be unused and in the same original STUDIO APHINO packaging. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within 30 days of when the return has been registered. Processing returns has an environmental impact and therefore we do not offer free returns. If you want to return your item please send an email to info@studioaphino.com to receive a return form. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark it as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by customs.
